For a gay man, the 80’s were punishing on many levels. A lack of a social network was one of them. If not for the work study job in the speech/Theatre office, I would never have known him. The countless notes pinned to the call board, sweet nothings mostly, hoping for more time together soon….balanced against the rigors of education. Fortunate, indeed, am I to have met you….
